Volunteering
There are a number of ways to get involved with the ministry of New City Neighbors. The following list provides some of the most important ways people can volunteer.

School Year:
Monday - GEMS (6:30-8:15PM)
Donate snack food items
Help with craft preparation
Lead a small group for girls
Become a GEMS Special Friend
Tuesday - High School (7:00-9:00PM)
Become a leader - hang out with students, help with Bible study, chaperone trips and build relationships
Thursday - EMS (6:00-7:30PM)
Help prepare meals and work on kitchen cleanup
Donate a meal
Become a leader - eat with students, chaperone free time, help with homework, and co-lead a small group
Summer:
Breaktime & Breaktime Bakery (Mid June-Mid August)
Become a reading tutor (12:30-1:30 Daily)
Donate a meal
Donate raw baking ingredients
Purchase items from the Bakery Store (12:30-2:00 Daily)
Adopt a Breaktimer 
Coordinate meals / find corporate underwriters 
Community Garden
Have a plot
Be on the garden team
Help locate someone who will donate their services to plow the garden
Lead small classes on gardening
All Year
Pray for New City Neighbors
Spread the word about NCN and its ministries
Sponsor a quarterly printing of the NCN newsletter ($300)
Become a regular donor
